Agent buyer flow: discover → evaluate → quote → checkout → receipt/entitlement

4. Register or use buyer owner credentials.
5. POST /agent-commerce/checkout with owner authorization.
6. Present Stripe checkout URL/client_secret to the authorized human/buyer.
7. After payment, use /agent-commerce/owners/{owner}/entitlements?tool_id=agora_founding_buyer_pass for receipt-gated fulfillment.
